I'm only half of the team behind the machine.  I rely on my wife, Mona for the creative side of the business.  She has an amazing talent for helping me know what looks good & what doesn't.  Along with designing this website, business cards and advertisements, she's also in charge of answering business calls and handling customer service.  Together, we share 3 beautiful kids.

 

​     We started this business due to friends and family getting ripped off both in price and product by larger corporations.  Speaking with those who felt cheated, we learned that unfair pricing and lack of customer service were two of the main concerns.  After searching our local area, we found limited options available for computer and networking support. We brought our experience and knowledge from 17 years in the business sector and applied it to residential including our outstanding customer service values. We are from the ‘ol skool’ where a smile and handshake are the binding contract.  After speaking with our customer base, the majority mentioned their appreciation with us coming to them and not having to take out a loan to pay for our services. Our prices are the best around and our value in customer service is exceptional. Many of our older customers appreciate that they do not have to crawl under a desk or bring their PC to a shop, then having to remember how to reconnect everything when they get back home.

 

     I am a Network Engineer for a major company so this support is mostly nights and weekends, but you get the bonus of having many years of college and certifications working for you. Exceptions with scheduling can be made if notified in advance.
